Scheduling for Admin staff

Currently, administrative staff managing multiple practitioners must use a non-intuitive calendar icon to switch views. This creates a significant bottleneck in fast-paced clinical environments. When an admin needs to quickly cross-reference three or four schedules to book a patient, the current UI requires too many clicks and lacks the visual clarity needed for high-volume scheduling.
Would be great to see a mirroring of the Main Account calendar interface for users with "Admin" or "Assistant" permissions to include:
The ability to toggle between provider's calendars (similar to main account)
Permission-based parity so that staff tasked with scheduling can see the same bird's-eye view as the account owner.
As our practice grows and IntakeQ subscription costs increase, we hope the platform’s core administrative tools will scale with us. Efficiency for our front-desk staff is the pulse of our clinic; without this feature, we spend more time navigating the software than we do serving our patients.
