Schedule Portal Messages

The ability to schedule when a portal message is sent to a patient would be very helpful. I don't want patients to expect weekend/after hours messages, but would be very helpful to write messages at my convenience to send later during business hours.

Sometimes I want to schedule check-ins in advance, reminders to patients, or simply want to respond back during business hours. Can we add a feature to schedule-send the portal messages?

There needs to be more options to message patients about incomplete paperwork.  We have selected 1 day before option.  I would like to message 1 week, 1 day and 3 hours before if paperwork is not complete. 
Appointment reminders need the option of scheduling an additional reminder. It would be nice to have a 1 week, 1 day and 3 hours before reminder. 
Anything you can do to encourage patients to complete paperwork is appreciated. Patients that complete paperwork have a better experience. 
Maybe the ability to have people called and texted if paperwork is not competed the day before.
