save completed tasks so they can be referenced later

right now when you mark a task as complete, the task disappears. i'd like it to go to a "completed" tab so we can review progress made. a task can still be deleted if you truly want it removed permanently.

If you click on the slider buttons between search and new task in the task list window, you can select "show completed tasks" and the list will include them.
