Please include the ability to "rule out" a diagnosis. Many patients do not neatly fit into a particular diagnosis. For example, a patient meets criteria for major depressive disorder but also has had some periods mood elevation, with increased energy, irritability but they do not currently meet full criteria for bipolar disorder. It would be helpful to be able to enter the rule out bipolar diagnosis as a differential.
