As a dedicated users of your software for our practices, I want to express how much we value the platform, as it’s been essential in streamlining our practice management and client interactions. However, I believe there is a feature missing that would significantly enhance both client retention and satisfaction: a rewards/points system.
As a concierge wellness practice, we place immense value on creating personalized and engaging experiences for our clients. Offering a rewards or points-based system would help incentivize repeat business, build stronger customer loyalty, and further improve client satisfaction.
