Revert to previous ePrescribe format
Lauren Connelly
The recent ePrescribe update has significantly disrupted prescribers' daily workflow. Previously, features like allergies, adding a new pharmacy, downloaded medication history, PMP checks, and renewing previously prescribed medications were easily accessible in one place. Now, these functions are separated, and clicking “Add Prescription” from within a note only takes the user to the new RX tab without the ability to view past prescriptions.
This separation of core features is causing major inefficiencies in workflow. Please reconsider this update or provide a way to revert to the previous interface.

Their strongest asset has become their worst. We know you can do better PQ...

Fully agree. Was so smooth prior to the change.

The inability to easily cross-reference a patient’s existing medications, PMP report, and allergy list while issuing a new prescription directly affects CLINICAL SAFETY and workflow integrity.

These new changes have added significant time and disruption to my workflow, I can't imagine how anyone could have signed off on this. This will be unsustainable moving forward if not remedied.

Near ready to use alternative ePrescription platform. This one was and remains problematic.
