Currently, on any initial note (or new information in a previous note) - if you accidentally delete text or eliminate something from a note, it will often Auto-save so fast you can't undo what you just deleted. That data is then LOST. It cannot be restored per your IT department... unlike when you actually delete a full note. So for initial evals etc - there's NO way to retrieve that lost information since the History button doesn't work in this scenario.
Can you create a button in the log file of the Audit for that patient where we can "restore previous version" next to the log entry on each timestamp? This is web-based which means that "previous version" history is on your server somewhere - can you make that available to us so that if there's an accidental deletion, we can go back to the audit, click that earlier version and "restore" the note to that earlier timestamp?
