Reply to confirmations/reminders should route to the clinician’s EMAIL. So many patients direct reply TO the reminders which goes to app@intakeq.com - and they get lost! And there isn’t even an email letting them know it wasn’t seen. But ideally, it would route to the clinician!

Can we address this? It has happened multiple times in my practice where people reply to these emails and there's no record of it which is creating issues! It seems like IntakeQ could set up an auto-reply that says the message was sent to a non-monitored inbox and to call the clinic.
