Can you please add a filter for reporting that would remove deactivated forms from the drop down menus. It is such a long list of forms to scroll through for our daily/weekly reports.

Tyson Edwards: Where is is supposed to be removed from? I still see them all in income reports, appointments list, etc...

I was just about to make this request. My deactivated consents still show up in the drop down menu when I send a form (when i attach consents) and they are often similarly named so it is very confusing to select the right ones. I don't want archived consents showing up as options but I want to keep old versions of my forms
