I'm the owner of the company, and my calendar tends to be booked out 8-10 weeks. Other providers have availability within 1-2 weeks. I would love an option where I could charge all of their clients upfront, but all those who book with me directly, collect a deposit and then the remainder of the fee 24 hours in advance.

Right now, we collect a deposit, and then we allow IntakeQ to automatically charge the remaining balance 24 hours before the appointment. This is fairly pointless when clients book on a Monday for Thursday of the same week. Where as it would be really helpful to have my clients provide a deposit, and then bill the remaining later since my calendar is so far out.
