This system has been changing my patients date of birth in the chart and in E-Prescribe. This is causing prescriptions to be delayed getting filled, insurance claims being delayed and unnecessary work. Please fix. I have emailed this concern to Practice Q, I have called several times and nothing has changed. I am referring back to the patient intake form to obtain the correct date of birth, then changing all forms with the correct DOB, calling and informing pharmacies and insurance companies.
