Placing Intake Forms under Patient Profile

After a patient completes their intake form, can I have it automatically stored somewhere in the patient's profile (i.e. in a folder) or possibly under it's own tab? I only see where I can find the intake form under lists>intakes but I'd like to be able to access it under the patient's profile as well if possible.

All intakes are usually automatically linked to the patient's profile. Check the left hand side panel and expand it. You should see appointments, intakes, consents, and notes in there listed.
