PDF quick view by hovering over the pdf file

The thumbnails on PDF's in the patients record are so small I have to wade through them all to find the right one. My first thought is to have a feature that when you hover of the pdf a larger version/preview will popup without having to double click. That we we can see whats in the file. There maybe a better solution.

This would be a great feature. It'd also be helpful to see any notes added to a PDF in the patient's chart. EX below: under created Nov 2..., it would say Notes: Reviewed with pt on 12/12/22.
