I would like to request a feature where payments are on the dropdown menu instead of just claims...currently have to go into claims, then have to go into payments.

And request to see the ERA or EOB from the patient's claim page. currently it only shows how much the claim paid and if you click on it, it only gives activity on the claim and nothing else...to see EOB, you have to go to top main drop down, select claims, then select payments, then search by patient name and date.
