Can we have the claim number show up with the payment reports from the payers? The claim number is required if we need to adjust, correct, and reprocess the claim. Currently, we need to go into our other systems that report ERA/EOBs (such as Payspan) to find the claim number, then go back into IQ. Sometimes Payspan lags a few days, and by the time the claim number is available I've forgotten what we needed to do.
