Provide the ability to pause or modify the subscription date rather than limiting actions to cancellation only

I have closed a practice, but I still need access to records. How can I pause without losing access?

Kelsey Kelleyi I used to use another payment processor and they allowed to pause, cancel, reinstate, move to another date. It was way more flexible. Stax only allows to cancel which is not convenient.
