Outgoing message to read from the practice name not from PracticeQ

When sending a message whether it is an incomplete form for a potential client or any communication to a client from Practice Q, have the "FROM" header read the practice name not IntakeQ so people don't think it is junk mail.

There is a way to do this (my practice name shows up at the "sender" for communications from IntakeQ/PracticeQ). I don't remember specifically how to do this but it's definitely somewhere in the "support" article database.
