Option to Disable Superbill Email Delivery

We are requesting that IntakeQ add a setting to disable the ability to send Superbills via email. Email is not a secure medium, and the risk of sending sensitive information to the wrong recipient due to human error is a serious concern.
To support better privacy and data security practices, we would like Superbills to be sent by default through the secure client portal by default. This not only reduces risk but also aligns with industry best practices for handling protected health information (PHI).
Having this system-level control would help mitigate mistakes before they happen.

I think this has been requested before. It's true that sending the superbills as an attachment via unencrypted email is a PHI disclosure.
The simplest way to correct this would be for the email option to send a link with an email verification loop, like they do for forms and invoices, and allow that to initiate a download, rather than as an email attachment.
Links with a verification loop is an existing method they already use for many things, so the change shouldn't be that difficult. Until they do that, I'd like to see your request of disabling the insecure email option or defaulting to the secure option of the portal instead of the insecure email option.
