Option to Charge with Auto-Pay when Patient is Checked In

I'd like the option to auto-charge the card on-file when patients are checked in for their appointment, rather than during a specific timeframe before or after the appointment. This would prevent payment reversals if a patient reschedules or no-shows (in some cases, this fee would be different from their co-pay).

Autocharge should happen at the end of the visit, not the beginning. If someone no shows I don't want to have to go to the trouble of a refund or dealing with calculating the remainder for a no show fee.

Agree- I think end of day auto-charge would be best so we can adjust the invoice if needed at the end of the appointment. There just needs to be more options for this in general, everyone has different needs

I thought you could set this on the settings... and tell it when you want the visit to be charged. .

Emily DelConte in my experience it has auto-charged early in the morning the day of the visit before it has taken place.
