This is the one and only reason why i stopped using the telehealth video option through PracticeQ and switched to doxy.me. When PracticeQ adds this to their telehealth video option I'll go back to it but not until then

Larissa Morgan, Psy.D. Yes! I didn't want to pay for another service and used Doxy.me through another clinic and found the quality poor. I'd be curious to know more about your experience or why you didn't switch to Simple Practice instead? You can also message me at drpop@patriciapopmd.com

Agreed on this. I do this with doxy.me and I modified all my outgoing messages to reflect that - but it would be much cleaner to do it natively.

Matthew Dunn Yes! I didn't want to pay for another service and used Doxy.me through another clinic and found the quality poor. I've also heard Zoom is expensive. I think Doximity is an option for psychiatrists? And maybe even PsychologyToday and Headway offers a stable link? I'd be curious to know more about your experience or why you didn't switch to Simple Practice instead. You can also message me at drpop@patriciapopmd.com

Yes! This is the only thing keeping me from using the video.
