Notify Me When Invoice Remains Unpaid

Tyson Edwards: why not do a summary notification? Every x days/weeks a report is automatically generated and emailed + notification pops up on IntakeQ, "unpaid claims/invoices report". User defines what age invoices show up and what age claims (separate values, maybe an option for claims to be a per payer basis). On patient profile if invoices/claims surpass x days old, it's visible from the main page of that clients profile, the appointment on the timeline and the booking calendar/list turns red. Then include Kelsey's comment, automate sending emails if invoice age reaches x days old, give the option to add more alerts. Reminder at x days, reminder at y days, reminder at z days.

Lisa Kelly Jones: We are working on an Outstanding Invoices / Outstanding Income by Payer widget for the dashboard that may handle some of this. I can look into the other notification/email requests. Thanks for the insight!

We have to manually track and send 0-30 day, 30-60 day, and 60-90 day reminders before transitioning to collections, but if those reminders could be automated, it could save a lot of time
