Extremely Helpful to have a prefered name "box". There are so many people that want to go by a different name that have no connection to legal name. And they have that right. And when creating a superbill or claim their legally name can be populated vs having to remember knowing how to spell their name since it does not auto populate

A year or so ago, I added a box to my intake forms where they can out their preferred names. It's been working out nicely.
