I'd like to be able to add a custom question that would have a multiple choice answer in the booking widget.

The current booking widget settings don't allow a custom field that is multiple choice (like the way that IntakeQ forms do with check boxes or multiple choice dropdown). As it is right now, it only allows just single choice dropdown list.
