Move Disabled Providers

I would like to ability to move or delete disabled providers. Providers that have left the practice I would like to move them down the list in reports and such so they aren't mixed in with active staff

I would like to archive these providers and not have them show up anymore wherever they do but have the ability to access as necessary in some archived location.
