"Mixed Controls" Question - "Add More" option to duplicate questions when filling out form to give multiple answers to the same questions, eg family medical history, list of children/members of household, supportive relationships, job/education history, treatment history, medication lists, etc. Similar to matrix, but FAR better.

Make an "Add More" Button at the end of "Mixed Controls" question type that when selected by the person filling out the form, it will duplicate the question to be answered again for use cases similar to using the "Matrix" question type where the matrix does not work because there are too many columns to answer. Below are some examples.
In making a form, I find the only way to do this is to duplicate the question roughly 20 times, make a radio button with a rule that says "IF answer to question #69 EQUALS [Add More], THEN show question(s) [70]" and duplicate the rule for the remaining questions, IF #70 = [Add More], THEN show [71], etc. etc.
I like that I have a workaround, but I would love to have an option that does this automatically. My workaround is limited to the number of questions I am willing to create a rule for, and it clutters my form.
Matrix has this "Add More" feature, but it does not work with more than like 5 columns.
I have questions like:
List your drug use history and each entry or drug has 10 questions associated with it (e.g. drug name, date of first use, heaviest use, route of administration, most recent use, notes / remarks, etc.);
List your supports with questions like, name, relationship, duration, living/deceased, duration / frequency / method(s) of contact, supports recovery, use(d) substances with, rate this relationship, notes / remarks, etc.;
List your medications, questions Name of medication, psychotropic?, Compliance?, dosage, frequency, start date, purpose, physician, notes / remarks.
The Matrix option only displays one line per row item. Attached are screenshot examples for clarification.
