Missed/Canceled Appointments should NOT show on Superbills

To prevent Insurance fraud, the system should automatically ensure that an appointment labeled as Missed or Canceled does NOT show on the Superbill.

Right now the system is touch and go. Sometimes it will show and sometimes it will not.

It would be really helpful if an appointment that was marked cancelled did not have the capability to create a superbill ( insurance fraud) even if it is paid due to a cancellation policy
