A better way of tracking messages so they don't go missed. Often times if I send the same team member 2-3 messages I have to always write "don't forget to read the messages above" because once you open it it marks everything as read

It would also be nice to have a reply option to each individual message. For example, similar to what is now available with standard texting.

We absolutely need this! I do the same thing, I have to notify them that there are 2 recent messages. I missed an important one myself because I didn't know there were 2.

This is a great idea! Maybe an option to mark a message as "urgent" or "priority" that will highlight it in some way so we can get back to that message in a timely manner.
