I have also requested something similar. It would be nice to have a message board that would allow for overall practice notifications. A banner next to their name at the top or directly underneath the messaging box at the bottom would also work.

Being able to post our response time policies and a general emergency message is really important for patient safety as well as expectations.

I think something like a banner at the top of the messaging screen would be helpful, especially to indicate response times.
