Matrix Layout

Is there any way you can change the matrix set up so that we have an option to have the columns and rows inverted?
Like, I want to label the first column with the test names, and then be able to add columns with dates. I am attaching a rough picture of what I mean.
Also, It would be great if we could reposition the rows and columns by dragging them, instead of having to completely re-do the matrix to change the order of the columns.

There should be a way to X out any unused Matrix lines on a note. (Not on the template, but on a newly created note.) It should be possible to have an X next to each line that will allow you to delete the line without having to remove/delete the information first.

I would like to see the matrix question type allow the header/top row to stay at the top. This is really frustrating to be doing an assessment and lose the top row to see the options.

When using a matrix, please make it so that the "enter" button allows you to go down a line, rather than having to click or tab through the matrix.

Freeze pane for row and column headers in matrix questions

I have some exam note forms for manual muscle testing and physical palpation findings that have rather large matrices and it would be very helpful if there were an option to freeze the row and column headers when needing to scroll through the matrix options. What I'm picturing is something line the "freeze pane" feature in Excel that allows you to scroll without losing the labels you need for your fields.

Add multiple rows at once in matrix questions

When creating a matrix or single answer matrix question, we have to click 'add row' a million times for larger matrix questions. It would be super helpful to be able to 'add x number of rows' like Google Sheets/Excel allows (even if this was a set number like 5 or 10, it would be faster than having to click it for each row.)
In lieu of this, can you move the 'add row' (and column) buttons to the top of the matrix question page so we don't have to keep scrolling the page to keep clicking the button when a new row or two is added?

Form Creation - Matrix adjustment

When creating forms using any of the Matrix options for the question form - could the matrix be more adjustable? It would be amazing if the columns had the ability to move independently so they could be reorganized. Just like you can rearrange any of the other boxes. Right now you have to add a column and then re-enter all the information in the order you want it to be, so if you forgot to add a date picker option and you wanted it at the front - you have to retype all the info in the columns.
They are also super easy to accidentally delete when selecting text to edit. Maybe there can be a confirmation pop up - "do you want to delete this column/row" so it's not so easy to do.
Thank you!

in the Matrix, I'd like to see a multi item dropdown option; also I'd like to be able to move columns left or right like we can with the rows (up or down for rows)
