Mark Document Shared and Faxed

Currently I have to go into the fax history or the portal to see if I faxed or shared a document. Can you add a small insignia to the icon in the timeline that would indicate that a fax or share took place? Ex. on Care Plan icon on timeline (s). The (s) would mean I shared it to the portal. An (f) on a report would mean I actually faxed that document. Would save time

I’d add that it would be helpful to be able to created a PDF showing the document name, client info & when it was faxed & to who because for Medicare we send & send & send & often the offices don’t get their signatures done. We have to have patients follow up & we keep the info for possible audits. But it is very unorganized. Thank you!
