Make Notes more Functional!

It would be FABULOUS if there was a much easier way to "copy forward" components of previous notes into a new note based on the same template. I realize that notes can be "replicated" but that doesn't help much if there's a section I want to complete that I deleted and didn't include in the previous note. I realize that parts of pinned notes can be dragged into in-progress notes but it is an absolute pain to have to then manually move such parts to the location within the note that I want it to appear. I realize that there's a "history" button I can click within some note sections but not all the sections I'd want to copy have the "history" option available (i.e., they're not all text boxes).
To simplify using the "pinned notes" option, PracticeQ could make it possible to have the [in-progress] note open alongside pinned notes and thus allow us to drag sections from pinned notes exactly where we want them to appear in our "in-progress" note.
It would also be amazing if "questions" on note templates for which we have not selected an answer didn't appear within the "printed" note. This would allow for the use of more items in "mixed control" sections to be utilized (i.e., more compact notes) without needing to enter a response on occasions when all items don't require one.
