Update on Lab Ordering & Results Integration
Now available: We’ve released an integration with Fullscript that lets you order labs and view results directly in PracticeQ. This includes access to 600+ blood tests through the Quest Labs Network—great for routine and baseline screenings.
What’s next: We know many of you also need access to additional Quest and LabCorp testing, along with insurance support. We’re actively reviewing partnerships to meet those needs.
Change in plans: We had previously announced an Optum integration. After deeper analysis, we found it would create a cumbersome experience (manual sign-up, approval windows up to 3 months, and account-by-account testing). Instead, we’re focused on finding partnerships that provide fast onboarding and a seamless self-ordering experience.

Tina Koro (IntakeQ) Hi, Fullscript labs it seems are not available in NY, NJ, & RI-

What on earth! You said you did the integration, but Fullscripts doesn't allow patients to use their insurance for labs. That is crazy. This is not what was promised.

Just wanted to add a comment that a true integration directly with Quest and LabCorp, which would allow the patient to use their insurance for the labs, is what I think many of us need. Rupa and Fullscript both charge the patient out-of-pocket, which doesn't make sense for patients who can have insurance cover their labs and wish to do so. Thanks for considering!

Ryan MacMillan Will this integration allow for patient's to use their insurance? Rupa/Fullscript is great for self-pay; but still the vast majority of my patients want to use insurance.

Ryan MacMillan Fullscript integration isn't helpful for labs. We really need Quest/Labcorp.

Ryan MacMillan I agree with the others. This won’t be helpful for me. Most of my patients use insurance. And I also have a LabCorp account for client billing so Rupa and FULLSCRIPT would not help at all.

I have a patient note template that is set up to be a lab slip that I print off and give to patients.
