Issue with Appointment Reminder Cancellation Function

Clients have expressed frustration that when they respond to the appointment reminder by selecting “cancel” or replying “no” via text within the appropriate time frame, it does not seem to actually process. I only appear to receive notifications when appointments are confirmed. I’m wondering why that option is included if it is not functioning as expected.

It seems to me this is a recent development for us. perhaps started whe we started to use the engage feature.
