Internal Signature Request for Supervision

I would like to request that IntakeQ/PracticeQ update the note signing functionality to better support supervision of interns and pre-licensed clinicians.
At this time, it is not possible for supervisors using IntakeQ to affix their secondary signature to a note without unlocking it (which has implications for audit trails), nor for clinicians being supervised to request a signature from their supervisor internally, requiring use of the cumbersome 'third party' signature request option.
Supervisors need to be able to review progress notes completed and signed by their supervisees before they are locked in order to provide appropriate feedback, then affix their secondary signature which locks the note. So far I love IntakeQ's system, but the lack of this function creates serious workflow issues for mine and other group practices. I hope that IntakeQ is able to provide this function soon.

Many notes are required to be signed by Supervisor for provisionally licensed or interning clinicians. It would be great to see at a glance from a client's Timeline whether the supervisor has signed each note, rather than having to click into the note and scroll all the way to the bottom to see if you still need to sign it.

Hi we really need a more streamlined process for supervisors to read, have the supervisee correct, and sign off on progress notes. Simple practice has a way where it sends this back and forth. As of now I am having to unlock notes ( which is not good) to make corrections when the note is first signed by the supervisee, and Im having to give instructions using the messaging portal.
I would like to see a way where the superviser gets notification when the supervisees note has been done, an ability to read it and send a note with correction, and the ability to then have the supervisee then resubmit to the supervisor to look it over. When the supervisor signs it, the supervisee can be prompted to sign it as well and a completion notice should come up for both parties.
Please, Please , Please address this. This is a huge problem with this system for mental health practitioners.

I set up a task automation that sends a notification to the supervisor with the supervisee signs the note.

Laurie Schlosser That's a good work around. I also see once a note is signed we can request signatures , but only from the client and third parties. It would be amazing if this can be send to the supervisor instead. In addition, a list where the supervisor can see notes that have not been requested for signature. And where the clinician being supervisor can also see a list of notes that have not been requested either in case they forget to send a request.

Yes, being able to do duel signatures before the note is locked. The current suggestion is cumbersome in needing to unlock, sign, then relock. Also, if feedback needs to be sent, it would be nice to have a way to make comments in the note or in a task.
