It would be AMAZING to have a built-in Spruce integration! I use Spruce to communicate with my patients, and it sucks having to manually add patients in. The Keragon workaround is stupid expensive and not a viable option.

It would be great to have an integration with Spruce, so that appointment reminders can be sent with the same messaging service we already use with clients. The new engagement deal seems nice, but paying for a third way to message seems redundant.
Thanks!

Please. Spruce allows us to make and receive calls to/from patients and the patient's name shows up on our caller ID--- we can click on that info and it opens back into their patient chart without having to login and do a bunch of individual searches. The "fix" for this is Keragon, a HIPAA compliant zapier that costs a fortune. Both PracticeQ and Spruce have open-ish API... please make this work. I would be willing to pay an additional fee like we do for e-prescribing to make this work.
Please.

Would love to have the ability to integrate with Spruce or iPlum for messaging with clients. I currently use iPlum for my business phone line and texting but will likely be switching to Spruce.

It would be nice to have an integration with Spruce to better streamline the portal feature in practice Q. They have an app which is free to patients/clients and is HIPAA compliant. There are many automated features for communication between practitioners and clients (i.e. scheduled and bulk portal messages as well as the ability to attach PDFs or files to bulk messages) that intake Q has not seemed to implement as of yet.

Yes, please! ASAP! We use Spruce and spend way too much time creating a separate pt profile. Would be amazing if integration allowed intake form completion to generate pt profile in both systems. Currently spending so many labor hours on this that switching to another/more expenxsive ERH system that offers this integration may be necessary soon. Would love to stick with PracticeQ instead if this integration were an option!

Agree IntakeQ needs to be able to integrate with VoIP providers. It is currently a patchwork system that would be leaps and bounds better if a system were available. Other industry platforms integrate with these additional features.

Yessss! I love Spruce and since it’s my phone line as well and they both integrate to my Elation EMR it would be great for them to talk. I would love to let Elation go because I prefer the intake forms here better but can’t beat the automatic upload of imaging and labs and easy if ordering and prescribing
