Yes, this! An internal one or, if it's easier, just integrate! We currently use Zoho CRM, and would love to see it integrated. (For others, Zoho CRM costs us about $250 per year for just my intake coordinator, and it has saved her a ton of time in managing all our inquiries before they become clients). It would be nice if clients didn't have to re-enter all their info, and we could just pull it all in from Zoho.

Yes! I have asked a couple different times for a way to manage prospective clients, leads etc. a couple of times. It would be huge to have an integrated CRM (didn’t know that what it’s called). I have used excel for years, but it’s just not adequate, and it’s a pain to keep confidential.

It would be great if PracticeQ could create an internal CRM for HIPAA purposes.
