Yes but I’d really like to see this as a part of having multiple ‘episodes of care’ for each individual. Meaning, maybe they come in in 2022 for a work comp knee issue with PT then they come back in 2024 for a self pay pelvic health issue with OT etc. we need to be able to track the same person over time in multiple episodes without losing the old info or the old Dx codes or insurances getting mixed in. IntakeQ won’t really be able to geo until they solve this for multidisciplinary practices & even for single practices that exist for awhile with recurring clients.

This would be helpful if this was a place that clients could also access to update the information if it changes. Something that would automatically update in the file so that when it is updated it will populate in the claim. I can imagine something like the credit card. Don't delete the old insurance card info but allow them to add another. We or they could mark which one is the default and that is the one that populates into the claim.
