Could you PLEASE change under insurance

#8 get RID of group number there and put patient ID

make 2 seperate lines one for group only and one for ID only

You need to understand that you can not look up a patients insurance with a group number in our office we do NOT need that ever

PLEASE help it causes so much back and forth to get the patients to give us what we need which is an ID
