I was waiting patiently for years to have a waitlist feature where clients have the ability to add themselves for specific dates and then get notified when something opens on that day, allowing them to self-schedule. I dream of the day this feature can be an integrated part of the main platform, without all the rest of the Engage suite.

As a solo practitioner with no need for anything else in Engage, I can't afford to pay for the whole add-on, and I spend ungodly amounts of time communicating with patients individually about cancellations, using all kinds of workaround systems that are all clunky and time-intensive on my part. Is this ever going to happen?
