Improved "Time to Book Again" Message for Group Practices

If a client has ANY future appointments, even with a DIFFERENT provider within the practice, the system assumes they are actively engaged and doesn't trigger the "Time to Book Again" reminder. This current functioning doesn't work for group practices, where a client may be seen by two or more providers for different services (example: psychotherapy and medication management. Individual therapy and family therapy, etc).
It's a huge missed opportunity to help our shared clients to stay engaged in both/all of the services they are receiving at the group practice. If a client is seeing more than one provider, they are at a disadvantage because they can't receive reminders based on the specific care they are due for. Its very all or nothing.
Proposed Solution:
Discern between future appointments with the relevant provider and appointments with other providers within the same practice.
Example: The client has not had an appointment for Service A with Provider #1 in 90 days and has no appointments scheduled for Service A. The client does have an appointment scheduled for Service B with Provider #2. Regardless of the treatment with Provider #2, the client is sent a reminder to rebook with Provider #1.
Service B is completely irrelevant and should be disregarded entirely when PracticeQ is determining if the client should receive a rebook reminder for Service A.
