I'm a psychiatric nurse practitioner. It is really annoying that everything I sign lists me as a therapist. Nothing against my therapy colleague here, but this is irritating and also confusing to the patient. From the consent to signing documents, it lists me as a therapist. Please change this to "provider" or whatever generic term you use for your medical providers.

And instead of clients, it should be patients

Kerry Emeigh Some people prefer clients, not patients. I agree we want the option to choose, not just within the widget.

Credentials should be input somewhere and there should be an ability to add them to the signature as well as being able to set credential information for signatures.

Adding to this, for "appointment details" button on the forms and where we sign, if it can list our name with credentials attached. Right now it's just the first and last name and I have to create a separate question to add credentials.
