I would like a conditional logic option for the questionnaires that allows for "IF" they select "A" for the first question on the form, it will send them to a consent form to fill out. Right now you can inject a link to a consent form into the top or bottom of your questionnaire but we just want them to fill out the consent form, not still be on the questionnaire form where they do both, the questionnaire and the consent form.
