I hate how fast IQ logs us out now, with no options in settings to change. WTH

I've messed around in settings, but it doesn't seem like any adjustments work. We're losing tons of work, and wasting time having to do it again because IQ logged us out for no reason. Even when we've been actively using that tab. And with no warning at all? Just changed it for everyone? It really truly SUCKS. Please fix, before we just up and switch programs. It's ridiculous

We noticed it only happens with the 2FA on, when that is removed it doesn’t kick you out :(

I completely agree! It logs you out in the middle of working on something, not when there is inactive time. This has been a REAL PROBLEM with prescriptions and lost notes.

Yes, PLEASE FIX THIS. I too, have been logged out when in the midst of working without delays. Very frustrating!!

I've been in contact with them about a similar issue for months on different accounts, various web browsers, etc. They recently wrote back saying that the admin should go to More > Team > Security Policy and update the "Practitioner session should end after" to 120 minutes.
Then clear browser cache, log out, and log back in. My admin is with patients right now so hasn't been able to do it yet, but if it works for y'all, please let me know!

Lexi Tabor I tried this already, it doesn't help with the frequent logging out :/ I appreciate you sharing tips though! Hopefully they get their heads on straight and get this fixed!!

Agreed! I'll be actively working in IntakeQ and a notice pops up every 5-10 minutes or so, telling me I'm going to be logged out. This is very distracting when I'm in the middle of a session with a client. Please adjust!
