Help patients fill out intake

I've been on the phone with several elderly patients who have difficulty filling out the intake form. I try talking them through adding a photo of their ID/insurance, but they can't do it, and therefore can't submit the form. I would like a way to add a photo FOR them, and/or a way to authorize the submittal of a form that is lacking a photo.

I would like an easy way to complete the form with my client, if they have not had a chance to complete it before they get to the appointment. I need it filled out because it copies to my other forms, so it makes the flow so much easier once it's submitted.

We have patients who are unable to as well. This is what we do. You can click on the form, on the right click more- then choose set as complete. This will complete the form and then you can just have the patient maybe email or mail you there ID and upload it into there documents. Hope this helps!
