The progress tab has been great in keeping track and viewing the summary of the questionnaire that the patients submits. It would be wonderful if there is something that can track and see the summary and progress of the patients' height and weight according on their report (via questionnaires).

I wanted to try creating a questionnaire but it requires score calculations.
