Heidi Integration - Add forms/questionnaires in Context

There's now the ability to add clinic notes as context in the Heidi Integration, which has been SUPER helpful! What's missing still are the forms/questionnaires.
For many of us these questionnaires are used to gather clinical information before a visit, and if Heidi doesn't read that info, it's flying with one hand tied behind it's back (so to speak).
Would really love to be able to pull in a recent questionnaire in the context!

Download the intake form, then upload as file in context. That’s what I do, and I’m not integrated.

Dr. John Gannage, MD, CCFP Yeah right now my assistant copies it into a field in my note which I cut and paste into the context. It's just tedious and uses precious time from both of us, especially in a med management clinic with several appointments per hour.

Weston Ferrer, MD that would be, for sure. But are your intake forms not able to be downloaded and saved as a PDF, and then uploaded to context ?
