Group Appointment Functionality

Give a second option for creating a group appointment instead of the current "Add additional client" being the only option. When I want to create a group, I need to be able to create an invoice and claim for each client who attends the appointment, and mark the attendance for each client individually. If I have an appointment with 10 clients and only 8 attended, I need to be able to mark which 8 clients attended and which 2 clients did not attend. Then I need to be able to create an invoice and a claim for the 8 clients that were marked as attended.
Filling out a progress note for the clients scheduled:
I need to be able to fill out a note, then when I save the note it creates the note for all clients and DOES NOT lock the note. When it automatically locks the note, I can no longer use the filter for unlocked notes to see what notes still need to be completed. Then I should be able to edit the note and customize it for each individual, then lock it one at a time to indicate that it is complete. So the note would have all the things I entered on the default note from the calendar, and I can enter in client specific information like how the client responded to the group topics.
Right now group appointments are just not possible within IntakeQ. Making this scheduling/booking enhancement possible would create a whole new market for this beautiful system.

Right now scheduling group therapy is a giant pain and the workarounds are not straightforward. Please upgrade with these features to allow this functionality within your EHR.

Greater functionality on the group scheduling would be very helpful. We have a pediatric practice and allowing patients to schedule their family but be able to document and take up the appropriate time on the calendar would be helpful. SKED does this very well from a scheduling and patient centered scheduling ease.

Yes. I need this function as well. Very important for any practice doing group therapy OR Substance use disorder treatment. Its a MUST HAVE!

Attached are some screen recordings to showcase how another EHR handles this.
The first is Create Group Appointment – Can add each client individually, or pull up a list of all clients with a specific tag and pick and choose which ones to add to the appointment.
The Second is Group attendance – Individually indicate the attendance record of each client scheduled to the appointment.
The Third is Group documentation from the calendar.
