Having a formal goals tab under each patient's file that can be integrated with forms. There are routes to achieve this to a degree now, but many softwares have goal sections that allow us to create, edit, update goals, etc. Being able to add long term goals and objectives under that specific long term goal would be fantastic while being able to either continue objective or report mastery, etc. I currently utilize a way to make goal reporting semi efficient but this would be a drastic improvement if created! Not to mention you could make the tab optional for providers who don't utilize goals but PT, OT, SLP would probably appreciate immensely!
