Give Practitioner Super Admin Permissions

I've got a 2nd practitioner who is now the practice manager and I can not give her all the permissions she needs to be able to change, add and update our appointment types and settings.
It seems only my original super admin/practitioner account has access or I cold make her a 2nd Admin account to give her some of these permissions.
To grow and scale I need to be able to hand off some of the management of the account and other team members to another "practitioner" and not just an "admin" role.
