I use ChARM for my other practice, and love the way they do labs there. I have "Generic Labs" as a lab in my menu there, so I can make a lab order form for a patient for common blood tests (like CBC, lipid panel, etc.) that includes CPT codes and the patient's diagnosis codes.

I think share the form with the patient and tell them to print it out and take it to any lab they want. (LabCorp, Quest, Providence, etc.)

Something like this would be AMAZING to have here in Practice Q
